GROUP TRAINING
I have two trainings which I adapt and tailor to the specific circumstances and needs of each client organisation: Effective Business Story Telling and Self-Management Skills.

Effective Business Story Telling focuses on the mindset and conceptual tools for developing message-driven, audience-focused, and well structured presentations for any type of organisational setting.

Self Management Skills reflects the fact that many organisations are fast-paced, constantly changing, and demand increasing initiative, autonomy & self-management from staff at all levels.

Typical building blocks for a set of self-management sessions are:

  • Building Resilience - Stress Recognition & Reduction; Healthy Habits; Essential Time Management
  • Growing Engagement - Creating State; Communication & Managing your Stakeholders; Sustainable Motivation
  • Towards Mastery - Personal Branding & Positioning; Mentors & Apprentices; The Inner Tools of Mastery

WORKPLACE & PERSONAL COACHING
Personal Coaching focuses on improving both your performance and your enjoyment at work. I will work with you on whatever challenges you bring to table in a way that is forward-looking and action-based.

As we work together my focus is on raising your awareness on current and alternative behaviours and on growing your ability to define, carry out, and learn from effective action.

I typically work with clients on developing skills in one or more of the following situations:
  • Mastering their current role
  • Preparing for further professional growth
  • Adapting to changes in the work environment
I have worked 1-on-1 with clients since 2006 and have a deep experience in working with professionals in a wide range of roles and organisations.

I also work with clients in a personal capacity.

GROUP PLACE WORK
A facilitated exploration of our relationship with place; an exploration that supports growing awareness of self, community, and environment, understanding and healing, finding common purpose, and defining action.

Turning our attention to place energises, stimulates our curiosity, leads us in directions we had not anticipated. Place is a container for cultivating care, building bridges and relationships, for returning to what is truly important to us: it is a vehicle for navigating the challenges we face together.

Each journey - although unique - traverses 3 themes as we deepen our relationship with place: growing awareness, building relationships, taking action. I bring a range of tools on our journey: place based embodiment practices, guided inquiry & facilitated discussion, cognition and sensing. I am also a TetraMap ® facilitator; a simple and powerful tool for individual and group work based on the 4 elements of Earth, Air, Water, Fire.

YOGA & BREATHWORK
I have practiced yoga for over 25 years; teach a couple of weekly classes and regularly offer short breath work workshops in my home city in the South West of England.

I have a particular interest in communicating ideas from the Yoga Philosophy Texts in a way that is simple to understand and gives pointers for embodying these ideas in our own being and doing. Because without the Philosophy yoga would be limited to 'jumping around on a mat' (exercise) or 'another stress management tool' (relaxation).

I am currently the Yoga Philosophy Lead on the Simply Embodied Yoga Teacher Training, and offer 1-on-1 practice either in-person or live on Zoom. Please reach out to me if you are interested in either of these.
