This training is facilitated in a coaching style - very little theory, lots of practice and interaction, and a focus on self-discovered learning.
Each session is a half-day and typically we would allow for 4-6 weeks between sessions.The training is suitable for groups of 8-12 participants.
EFFECTIVE STORY TELLING
Effective story telling motivates management, staff and external stakeholders. An engaging and well-structured PowerPoint presentation is a powerful tool for telling your story and provides the basis for presenting with confidence.
In this training participants will:
Discuss what makes a great story and how to translate this to their business or organisation context
Learn a range of best practices for developing a powerful PowerPoint presentation
Work though a "business case" (tailored to the context of your organisation) from base information to a presentation in groups of 2-4 participants
Get pointers for presenting with confidence and feedback on their presentation
This is a full-day training and suitable for groups of 8-16 participants.
Personal Coaching focuses on improving both your performance and your enjoyment at work. I will work with you on whatever challenges you bring to table in a way that is forward-looking and action-based.
As we work together my focus is on raising your awareness on current and alternative behaviours and on growing your ability to define, carry out, and learn from effective action.
