ABOUT

David Dodd - Facilitator, Trainer & Coach

I am an experienced coach, trainer, and facilitator, and have worked with individuals and groups - from entry level positions to management board members - in culturally and geographically diverse organisational settings. Over the past 15 years I have worked with 1000s of participants on a wide range of learning and development topics blending instruction, group discussion, self-inquiry and reflection, and somatic practices.

I am also a yoga and breath work teacher and have practiced yoga for over 25 years. My yoga teaching and organisational work influence each other. In recent years I have become fascinated by our relationship with place, and how explicitly turning our attention to this relationship can become a container for personal and community transformation, and for navigating the multiple crises we as societies are facing.

Whatever the context, the essence of my work is to support my clients in making desired, real, and sustainable behavioural change.

Before becoming self-employed I had two 'careers': I worked as a applied research scientist for a number of government research institutes in the UK and the Netherlands; I then switched to strategy consulting and worked as an energy specialist for the Boston Consulting Group.

I spent a large part of my working life in The Netherlands and am now based in the South West of England and work with clients in the UK, across Europe, and beyond.

I am a certified TetraMap facilitator. Find out more about TetraMap here
